Learners come to you

We advertise, answer the enquiries and put your name forward when a learner genuinely matches what you offer.

Matched by postcode

You tell us the outcodes you cover and we never propose a learner you cannot realistically reach.

Your availability respected

Your working hours and time off are matched before anyone is proposed, and you accept or decline each request.

Payments handled

Learners pay through Passwise, so you are not chasing cash at the kerbside or invoicing anyone.

One place for the admin

Your diary, learners, lesson notes and availability live in your Passwise dashboard.

Train instructors too

Already train PDIs and ADIs? Tell us which parts you deliver and we will send that work your way as well.

Being straight with you: we will not promise you a number of learners a week. How much work reaches you depends on demand in your areas, the transmissions you teach and the hours you are free. What we can promise is that we do not propose you for anything that does not fit.

How it works

From application to your first learner

  1. Apply online

    About five minutes. Your status, your car, the areas you cover and when you can work.

  2. We review it

    A person reads every application and checks your registration. We may come back with a question.

  3. You are approved

    Your profile goes live and you appear in our matching pool. Nothing before approval does.

  4. Learners are matched

    We propose learners who fit your areas, car and hours. You accept the ones you want.

What we ask

Who we are looking for

We work with fully qualified ADIs, PDIs on a trainee licence, and instructors training towards their ADI.

You will need

  • A current ADI or PDI registration, or to be working towards one
  • A car in good order, with dual controls for teaching learners
  • Valid insurance for paid driving instruction
  • To cover at least one of the areas we operate in
  • A DBS check - we will talk you through this if you do not have one

You remain self-employed and keep your own learners if you have them. Nothing here stops you working elsewhere.
